About the Artist

Hello, my name is Hanna. I am 18 years old, currently the oldest girl at PACE Center for Girls of Lee County. I will graduate high school in June 2010 and then go to college to eventually be an elementary school art teacher. Painting is one of my hobbies I do in my free time to express the way I feel and free my mind. To me the sailboat and quote on this chair represent the journey I’m taking through PACE and the way to success and a better future.

About the Charity

PACE offers counseling and academic services for girls ages 12-17 who are at-risk for juvenile delinquency, failing or dropping out of school, running away from home and experiencing difficulty at home.
